1. First look on the absorber tank for the cooling unit model number. This number will clarify which type to order: 605A 606A, 805A, 806A.
2. If the model number is not found on the absorber tank, Special Attention must be paid to the Gas Valve Bracket to which the gas valve assembly attaches.
*If the unit has a box shaped bracket (Old Style) to which the gas valve assembly attaches order Nordic Part #5562-605A or Part #5582-805A depending on refrigerator size
**If the unit has a flat, vertical bracket (New Style) to which the gas valve assembly attaches, order Nordic Part #5562-606A or Part #5582-806A depending on refrigerator size
IMPORTANT!!! When ordering the following four Nordic Part numbers: #3362, #3382, #3338, and #3310. Special Attention must be paid to the burner style for replacement units NC8662, NC8663, NC8683. MC876, NC878:
*If the unit has a standard (old style) burner with the 5/8” heating element order NC838 or NC8310, depending on refrigerator size.
**If the unit has a horizontal (new style) burner with an “L “shaped 3/8” healing element order NC662 or NC682 depending on refrigerator size SPECIAL ORDER
